Cone crusher

Cone crusher, slow-operation size reduction machines, are suited to produce cubic particle or to reduce heat-sensitive materials or very hard materials (such as corundum, ferrous Silicium, iron ores). The feed material is crushed between the slowly rotating cone and the static outer grinding ring. By rotating the feed funnel, the size of the slot between cone and ring can be adjusted as required, therefore achieving the fineness of material requested. Maximum final particle sizes of < 2 mm can be achieved due to the tooth system of the fine cone. All grinding elements are made of tungsten carbide, thereby ensuring a long service life.
