MULTIFUNCTIONAL TESTER

Universal electromechanical tester for compression, flexure, stretching with pilot – operated system of loading/deformation.
It is installed on steady foundations with actuator and control system inside. The columns made of high-strength steel with chromium are fixed to the foundations. Traverse beam is adjusted by height depends on tests fulfilled.  Moving of the lower plate is carried out by reversible screw that ensures the accurate load application and constant speed. 
Displacement and load transducers are embedded in the machine.   Installation of load transducer with lower range of loading is possible in accordance with tests requirements.
