Screening machines GAS 500 and 1000

The large scale test graders are designed for analyzing grain sizes above 40mm. The sample quantity increases when testing these sizes, by increasing the screen area this is compensated for and representative screening is achieved. For this purpose we have two types of machines with screen areas of 500х500mm and 1000х1000mm. Screening machines GAS are equipped with two eccentric motors producing linear vibration, vertically related to screening. The vibration amplitude can be adjusted by rotating of discs on motors. Machines GAS 500 and GAS 1000 can be used without set of sieves as a shake table.
